Accessible Canada Act (ACA) Compliance
Canada's federal accessibility legislation for proactively identifying, removing, and preventing barriers. Required for federally regulated organizations, Crown corporations, and Parliament.
About Our ACA Compliance Services
The Accessible Canada Act (ACA), enacted in 2019, is Canada's first national accessibility legislation. It applies to federally regulated entities — including banks, telecommunications companies, broadcasters, federal government departments, and Crown corporations — and requires them to proactively work toward a barrier-free Canada by 2040.
We help federally regulated organizations understand their ACA obligations, audit their digital products for accessibility barriers, and create the compliance documentation required by the Accessibility Commissioner.
